I was absolutely impressed by the service provided by a young sardarji, Who helped us with the ordering process. Was very calm and well behaved. The food quality is also up to comparably better with regard to the other franchises.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with the Burger King outlet at Silicon Courtyard on the Chandigarh–Ambala Highway, and I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team, especially the restaurant manager, Ms. Sapna Gujjar. While returning from Shimla, I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant. Realizing it later was extremely stressful, but Ms. Sapna went above and beyond to help me. She promptly located my wallet, coordinated with me, and carefully packed all my belongings before handing them over to the Delhivery courier in a secure and organized manner. Thanks to her honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service, I received my wallet and all its contents safely. In today’s time, such integrity and genuine willingness to help deserve special recognition. This experience has left a lasting impression on me. Burger King is fortunate to have employees like Ms. Sapna Gujjar, who truly embody customer-first values. Thank you once again to Ms. Sapna and the entire team for your kindness and support.
