I had a fantastic experience at Burger King! The burger was flavorful, and the patty was perfectly cooked, tender, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the staff were. My friend is lactose intolerant, so when we ordered an Iced Latte, we requested that it be prepared without milk. The team handled our request with great care and thoughtfully served it as an iced espresso instead. We then added our own milk and enjoyed the coffee exactly as we preferred. Their willingness to accommodate special dietary needs made the experience even more memorable. Exceptional service, delicious food, and great attention to customer preferences—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am not here to rate the food of the BK. Everyone knows that the food is good and drinks also. I am here writing this review to rate the service. Tonight I visited this branch with my friends. They want to have coffee, and I want it too. But I am an lactose intolerant person, so how could I? I have my Amul lactose free milk packet. Now the BK's guy over there told me that they will give me an iced latte without milk. I never thought that this could be possible to order something that customized. Then I mixed my Amul lactose free milk and viola my iced latte with lactose free milk is ready. Thanks BK guys for the idea 😊👍. Now I'll try this in McD also😝.
